Amazing balloon sleeve blouse that features a subtle black on black stripe, a high neck and amazing ribboned beads! I love this piece, it's soooo unique. There are cross stitched details on the back of the collar and beautiful floral calico patches on the shoulders. Exaggerated balloon sleeves of your dreams. I also love the dangly ribbons with beads and tassels and the tie vest back.
