1970s stripe and polka dot wrap maxi dress by iconic designer Frankie Welch - from my personal collection. Love this dress, it can be worn two different ways - wrapped in the back or in the front. Back zipper, feels like a cotton/poly blend. Excellent vintage condition, black is not as dark as it probably once was from use - more of a washed black/graphite shade. Fits like a medium.
