Step up your layering game with this 1970's sheer silk double-breasted blazer-blouse by Francesca of Damon. The blouse has an oversized lapel collar which is finished with a beautiful monochromatic trim. The fabrication is a luxurious sheer silk in white. And the long sleeves end in fitted cuffs that are outfitted with covered buttons which match the double breasted covered buttons at the center front. It looks great dressed up or dressed down! It comes with a matching silk camisole top. The camisole even has strings under the straps to hold your bra strap in place! The original labels are intact in both the blazer and the blouse and read, "Francesca of Damon, 100% silk, size 10"
About: David Rappaport founded Damon Creations in 1942. The company made men’s knitwear and neckties. Francesca for Damon was a women’s line, designed by David’s wife, Francesca. The line was made up of easy to wear, but stylish dresses made from fine Italian fabrics. The Rappaports sold the business in 1988.
