Slip into this elegant 70's formal dress by designer Joy Stevens. She was a highly sought after Californian designer in the 1960's - 1970's. Her designs ruled the night clubs and formal events of the seventies and have a sexy but easy to wear feel to them. They were the type of thing you just threw on, looked fabulous and could dance all night in, knowing they would hold up. This dress has a really unique and multi-faceted design with a slinky form fitting mermaid midi camisole base and a sheer lace draped layer over that. The outer lace has a boat neckline at the front, a scooping back neckline, long sleeves, scalloped edges, and the draping is gathered in the front and finished with a textile rose that matches the dress under. Wear it for a special occasion or make your special wedding day vintage and unique. It has it's original labels inside that read, "Joy Stevens, crafted with pride in USA, 100% polyester, size 12".
