Vintage 1970s dress. Navy blue semi sheer polyester knit. Sleeveless. Double ruffle collar and ruffled high neckline with tie and keyhole. Elastic waistband with belt loops (**Belt is not included**). Fit and flare style. Slips on - no zipper or buttons.

Great vintage condition with the exception of the elastic being a little stretched out, which is very common due to its age.

This dress has been stain treated and washed in cold water on a gentle cycle, then hung to dry.
