From the 1970s or 80s rainbow stripe dress with bottom flounce hem detail. Very good condition can be worn loose/straight-fit or with a belt. *Not sold with a belt, but you could absolutely style this piece with one as we've done! 50% polyester, 50% cotton - this fabric does not have any stretch
