Estevez Red Silk Evening Gown. Circa 1970s.
Gorgeous medium weight lustrous red silk evening gown by mid-century designer Estevez. This gown features princess seaming, a "c" shaped /neckline and bodice, and double self-fabric rolled spaghetti straps. Does up with a 14" center back zipper.
Completely lined with lightweight red silk. There is a "c" shaped wire (to keep the neckline in place) concealed in between the outer bodice and lining. Sexy 22-1/2" tall finished left side slit.
The dress does up the center back with a concealed long nylon zipper. The mannequin is too wide across the back for the dress to zip up all the way as shown in the photos. The zipper works and is shown zipped up all the way in the close picture after the full-length picture.
