Super Cute Vintage (60s / 70s) Miss Elliette Dress. It is red with Small white polka dots. There is no size tag so please check measurements. Dress is sleeveless and has a decorative ruffle going around neckline / shoulders. Fully lined / metal zipper up back. In nice vintage condition. Tag says dry clean or hand wash. I do not see a materials tag but I am guessing it is a cotton blend.
