Great Vintage 1970s blouse with awesome wide accordion pleat collar, victorian vibe. Acetate has a somewhat stiff finish sort of like taffeta. 2 button closure on side. Tufted shoulders, very small shoulder pads.

CONDITION : Very good vintage condition, I don't find any flaws.
