Late 70s or early 80s pussy cat bow blouse by Princetown, a division of Judy Bond Inc. The fabric is a white polyester with thin red pin stripes. In between the red stripes are opaque ribbon like stripes woven into the fabric, see close up in 7th photo. Button up blouse has a band collar with an attached ruffle. There is a matching 60"long tie that can be bowed at the neck or tied at the waist, see 5th photo. Bodice gathers into shoulder yoke, very romantic and cottagecore! Set in sleeves are wide and gather into the one button cuffs. There is a tiny dark spot on the upper sleeve in back, see last photo. Really hard to see, but I wanted you to know. Excellent condition, perhaps never worn.
