70’s Psychedelic Butterfly Polka Dot Halter Dress

Super fun and Lexie Butterfly approved halter maxi dress with a cutout type style as the dress ties around the neck and around the back. Handmade and so creative, love the print mixing with the polka dot bottom and butterfly top. Some fading on the skirt (looks like it was faded before being sewn), otherwise great condition. Hard to measure a halter top, but I’d say this fits a M/L best
