Late 70s or early 80s pink chiffon blouse by Canadian designer Jeff Laurent. Unreadable fabric content tag, but it appears to be a semi sheer polyester chiffon in the prettiest shade of dusty rose. Peter Pan collar is edged in off white lace and so is the small breast pocket. Blouse buttons down the front and has gathering at the yoke in front. Balloon sleeves are puffed at the shoulder and gather into one button cuffs. No shoulder pads. Would look lovely with a collar pin (see last photo, pin not included) or open.
