70's sweet Don Leslie cocktail/party dress. Dress is navy chiffon over black polyester lining.

The bodice is lightly gathered at the waist with sheer kimono sleeves and a full skirt. There is a center back zipper and a cord belt with clear faceted balls at the ends. Dress is in good condition.
