This pretty dress has a pleated, wrap-style top and a flowy, knee-length skirt. It has two belt loops on either side of the waist big enough to accommodate a skinny belt. (Yellow belt shown in pics is not included.) There is no tag listing a size or material description. However, I'm pretty sure its 100% polyester, based on texture and stretch. Excellent condition.
