Gorgeous 1970s velvet mix print mini dress. Such a great example of the era! Has empire waist with back tie and puff sleeves at the shoulders. Zips in back (was too small to zip all the way up as you can see in the pic, but zipper works perfectly). Label has worn off, but this dress was found with a couple more identical styles that were made in India and 100% rayon velvet.

Fits like an XS, but please check the measurements provided.
