1970s Ivory Straw Brim Hat Grosgrain Ribbon and Bows

I am figuring that this is a child's hat

5 tiny bows with bead centers

elastic chin strap needs to be replaced or removed- no stretch

tag inside says 20 1/2 however measuring 19 1/2" circumference

2 1/2" crown

2 1/4" front brim

1 1/4" wide ribbon

12" tails- just needs pressing
