Light teal, white ruffles, slightly sheer, and gorgeous tropical print on the skirt. Ties around the waist.

Elastic is still quite stretchy. No visible marks or stains.

Measurements:

-bust: 40” (elastic around the top gives good stretch from 28”-48” flat.)

-waist: stretches 22”-42”.

-length: 35” from top to bottom.
