ss comes with what I thought was a matching tie belt, but it might actually be intended for use as a neck tie... there are two very small belt loops on either side of the waist, and they are too small for this belt to fit through, but there is a loop under the collar on the back neck that I realized must be for the tie (photo 12). I have shown the dress styled with and without the belt and with the neck tie. Please note that the waistband used to be elastic but has lost its elasticity. The only other thing to note is some white smudging on the back top (enlarge photos 7, 8, & 9; closeup in photo 10). Marked size 8; the following approximate flat lay measurements indicate that it would best fit a size Large. Please compare the measurements to your own to ensure proper fit.
