Love this two piece that looks like a dress. There is an accordion pleat at the top of the skirt only transitioning out both the top and skirt are elasticized. Love the fetching little ties at the wrists and bodice. This dress moves so nicely and billows with the breeze. Excellent condition w/no flaws found. Size tag says 9/10 but that was in the 70s. Please check measurements.
