70's Floral psychedelic party dress/tunic, double breasted with three cloth buttons for closure at bust area and opens the rest of the way down. Has bell sleeves giving the signature 70's look. Would look great with skinny jeans, black leggings and flat or platform shoes to style. Appears hand made and in very good vintage condition.
