Fabulous fun full circle cotton plisse dress in a great large scale poppy pattern. Navy ground with white, persimmon red, mustard yellow and ochre. The cotton is a light/medium weight, allowing for ultimate skirt swirling. The skirt is a full 360 degree circle and this dress was made with many yards of fabric.
