Circa 70's FLORAL CARNATION Dress

This a Bright and Beautiful Floral Carnation Dress in Bright Red, Grass Green, Ivory, Beige and Black. It has a slight A-line silhouette. The sleeves are long sleeves and a there is a narrow tie belt. There is also another wide piece that 4. 5" wide by 50. 5" length that could be used for a belt or a hair bow. The zipper is plastic and goes to right below the waist. It was made in the British Crown Colony of Hong Kong. The name on the label was cut out, but from what I can see it is Collectors Items, Division of Leonard Sunshine Inc. (see the next to the last photograph above from the Vintage Fashion Guild) which would date it to the 1970's.
