1970s Festival Halter top. Beautifully made with soutache trim and prong set turquoise beads. Medium VFG Coachella, Las Vegas boho halter.

From a beautiful estate- worn by an individual who loved life, clothing, who had impeccable taste. this piece was purchased from a Las Vegas Boutique but maker specifically unknown. No maker's label, only size, but consider measurements as sizing may be different than number.

Fabric may be jersey or rayon blend. Lightweight, double layered straps with double button closure around neck and bodice.

Single layer fabric for the design.

Soutache trim with prong set "turquoise" colored beads.

High neckline.

Trim also along sides as seen in profile pic. Solid black in the back.

MEASUREMENTS;

This fastens about 2 inches below bust line on mannequin, and measures 30 inches when fastened. It is marked size 7, but do double check measurements. Breast size will make a difference as well. Mannequin is small bust and so fastener is loose. I added bulk at bust area and it fastened fine/properly.

BODY of halter measures 9 inches across at top, and 16 inches across at bottom. Darts at bottom also for fit. straps are 8 inches each on bottom hem, and 5 on top.

Buttons on back and does not adjust.

MINOR wear over all. Beading and soutache intact.
