Stunning vintage ecru midi dress from the 1970’s by Lucy Ann Warner Fabric Design. Made from a light woven material this dress has incredibly soft hand and intricate detailing. Shades of peach, coral, and orange woven with metallic threading of multiple size and shape variations create a gradient ombre bottom hem and long-sleeve detail. Incredible construction using quality fabrications, dress is lined with a back zipper closure, and empire waist band is finished with metallic gold trim.
Lucy Ann Warner was a professional weaver and textile designer; her work is displayed in the permanent clothing collection in the Detroit Museum. In good vintage condition. There are two tiny areas where the weaving is a bit loose and shows signs of wear. Also, there are a couple of small fabric pulls on dress, typical of something this age.
