70's Leslie Fay Petites

Black crinkle outer with dramatic sheer inset puff sleeves. Sleeves feature elastic in the cuffs with no dry rot in the elastic. Crew neckline and semi fitted silhouette, midi length. Dress is fully lined with center back zipper closure. Offers light stretch, about one inches worth. A sparkly statement bib necklace would make a great compliment to the dress! Union made. Dry clean per tag. No rips, tears, stains or piling.
