1970s green and black color block dress by Julie Miller. Super sexy and dramatic!! Fabric feels like a poly blend, back zipper. Very good vintage condition, one repair at center back (not noticeable unless looking for it), a cpl pulls and one patch on green skirt (all get lost in the fullness of the skirt). Fits like a small.
