High sheen brown velvet body much like a panned velvet. Seamed high crown with a top-stitched flaring brim. Riding on the front is a twisted wired rust colored ornament. Could be considered a cloche or a bucket style hat from the 1970's.

Interior is finished with a melon colored twill fabric along with the standard petersham ribbon.

Inner circumference is 22 inches. Brim flares 3 inches in the front and 1 3/4 inches in the back. Crown height is 6 inches.

Excellent condition with no issues.
