Vintage Victorian High Collar Dress Crochet Powder Blue Polyester Prairie Needs TLC

Back zip closure with hook/latch at collar. Back tie at waist.

Previously owned. No holes or tears.

There are several discoloration spots including underarms. Unsure if they will lift with proper spot treatment.

Also one seam has come loose, a few stitches will fix it.
