Vintage 1970's pants and long tunic/dress set. Pants are straight leg and have and elastic waist. The dress has long slits up the sides and it could be a dress if they were pinned. Mandarin collar. Dress has an elastic waist and cuffs. 100% polyester jersey fabric, has stretch. Label is JC Penney. Belt not included.
