Black velvet beret or tam from the 1960's to early 1970's. Structured with seamed crown, flexible sides and a firm band embellished with a narrow black vinyl hatband and side swirl. Styled to set asymmetrically on the head.

Interior is finished with a tangerine twill fabric with matching grosgrain ribbon.

Excellent condition with no issues.

Label is Valerie Modes with a size tag of 22 1/2.

Inner circumference is 21 1/2 inches. Measuring on the outside, side to side, it is approximately 17 inches.
