Possibly handmade 1970s floor length halter dress in the prettiest poly/rayon floral fabric and with an extra long waist tie.

Model is 5’7 and the length is perfect for her. She’s an XS and it fit in the hips but was very roomy in the waist/bust, so I recommend it for someone who is S/M in tops and XS/S in bottoms (but going by measurements is best!). Has a short metal zipper in the back.
