Cute dress by Nancy G, the size tag is missing but looks to fit a Sz XS with the measurements were made with the garment laying flat unstretched bust 29" waist 17", and fro the top of the shoulder to bottom of hem 31". The color is black, material feels like polyester, the waist in a crinkled stretch, also the wrists are crinkled. The dress is in good condition without rips or stains.
