Jacket measures 17" across the shoulders, 48" through the bust, 44" at the waist and length is 28". Sleeves are 23" long from shoulder seam to cuff. Jacket has two button front, two patch pockets, and wide notched lapel. Pants measure from 30" to 38" at the waist (they have been taken in at the waist in a couple places and could be let out), 46" through the hips, inseam is 28" long and outside seam is 43" long. Leg opening is 12" in diameter. Front rise is 15" and back rise is 17" . I always recommend going by the outside seam to judge length on vintage pants as they fit very differently than modern pants. Pants have elastic waistband, no fastenings and no pockets. Fabric is polyester double knit, unlined. Label reads "Sears". Excellent condition with no holes or stains but this was an inexpensive item when new and is not really well made just so you know. Perfect for costume purposes, plenty sturdy enough to use multiple times, just not high end. True color is black.
**A note on measurements: I like to give measurements on items rather than a numerical size as I find this to be a much more precise way of determining size. If the garment I have measures the same as a garment you have, you can be assured of a good fit. If you have any questions about how I did the measuring just email! PS don't forget YOU must measure at least 1-2 inches smaller than the garment does for comfort! :)
