Super cute vintage 1970s 2pc. Blouse and skirt set. Button front bust with ruffle trim high neck collar.

Lightweight Black cotton blend is a woven fabric with no stretch. White lace trim. Matching pleated skirt with pockets. The waistband has been altered but not visible from the outside. Looks handmade no tags.
