Although this dress is from the 1970s it has all the trappings of a super cute mod shift dress from the 60s! Perhaps it was a hold out!

Regardless, it’s a very cool garment and in excellent shape! It has an empire waist, short sleeves and is color blocked with a solid black on top and a cute cream and black Mod style Flower on the skirt.
