70s secretary dress made of great quality soft smooth semi-sheer fabric in ivory with a teal & multi-colored floral border print. Blouson bodice, fitted waist, pleated skirt, and belt loops. Belt is not original to the dress but is included with your purchase. Rear zipper closure. Lined bodice, unlined skirt. fabric content unknown - probably polyester. No labels found but it isn’t home made.
