1970s baby blue scoop back maxi dress by Huey Waltzer for Mannequin. Back zipper, belt with rhinestoned buckle. Feels like a nylon/poly blend, some stretch. Excellent vintage condition, a faint mark near left cuff and minor wear to the belt. Labeled a 6, fits like an XS.
