Vintage 1970's terry cloth dress. It is not the cotton terry cloth. is it the nylon/acetate blend. Pleated shoulders. Matching belt. Label is Ms. Sugar. No lined.

-Condition-

Very good vintage condition. The elastic at the waist no longer works. Looks like there is a line at the bottom, but it is more of the way the grain of the fabric is laying and the sheen of the dress.
