Vintage 1970s Anthony Richards black blouse. Had a leaf like pattern in vibrant colors including green, blue, purple, and off white. This top looks like a button up but the buttons are not functional. It is a pullover style. Long sleeves. Tie neck that can be worn tied or left untied.
