Vintage 1970s 1980s plus size white long sleeve blouse with high collar and fun ascot. I believe this is NWOT as it is crisp and does not feel like it has been worn. This is the perfect volup blouse to wear to the office - professional and modest. OR it is the perfect cosplay Victorian steampunk and pirate blouse. OR career by day and pirate by night blouse!! High cross over collar with lace trim and two buttons at back of neck. Easily snipped shoulder pads; puff shoulders; two buttons at cuff.
