Shirt waist fit and small flare. From the 70s or 80s in 40s 50s revival of Victorian Edwardian style. You'll be the sophisticated fashion plate at the cocktail party, wedding or any other formal event. Long sleeve modest formal dress. Has belt loops. Only tag is a "Dry Clean Only" tag and it still has the plastic tag holder, so appears to never have been worn. Wrap closure is two snaps, both can be moved to increase or decrease waist.
