Love the sleeves on this dress. the gussets are piped and the pink inside is a sweet soft rose pink. It has a back zip above the waist w/hook and eye and elastic at the sleeve bottom and waistline. no tag. the fabric is a crepe georgette (probably poly). excellent condition. the belt doesn't have loops, it holds in place wherever you put it.
