Gorgeous black opera coat made of J.L. deBall water resistant cotton “True” velvet - nice velveteen short pile. Raglan wide sleeves with dramatic shoulder pads and oversized cuffs. Open design with tacked-back wide lapels featuring stunning swirling black embroidery, which also continues on the cuffs. Hidden hip pockets. Fully lined in black satin fabric.
