Inside states a 10 but these are precise measurements.

Condition:

Light wear for age, some light scuffs to leather, & wear to soles that's to be expected, but overall good condition that's Clean & Ready To Wear!!!

Looks as though extra straps have been added to inside ( not visible when wearing. May have been added to pull up boots easier)
