70’s/80’s Black Maxi Dress with Puffy Brown and White Sleeves

David Brown California was a designer that was sold in high end stores such as Neiman Marcus, Sak's Fifth Avenue and Bullock's Wilshire in the 70's and 80's. This maxi dress is made of black velour. The big puffy, white taffeta sleeves are flocked with a black abstract cross pattern, with removable shoulder pads for shaping. The dress has a zip back. There are soft pleats below the bustline to give the dress a gentle flow. Shown with and without a belt, but belt not included.
