This 1970's Hollys Harp dress is a dream.  The exaggerated ruffle collar accentuates the decolletage, while the jersey fabric is comfy & cozy.

The dress can be thrown over your head and is ready to go.  

An open size, anyone can belt it to make it fit to their own body type.   The belt comes with beaded fringe hanging from one side to give the dress that much more texture to it.  

The dress is one size fits most, please see measurements to confirm sizing.
