Very cute 1960s two-piece ensemble with a sleeveless button front top (could be used as a vest) and skirt. The fabric is a yellow and white damask with covered buttons and loops on the top. Skirt has pockets. Both pieces are lined. Made by Howard Wolf. Excellent condition. Looks like it was never worn.
