Vintage 60s petticoat in white seersucker fabric. Lightweight and soft with beautiful chiffon embroidered hemline & stretch waist. A lovely bridal choice. Feels like cotton or a cotton blend.

CONDITION:
Excellent - has one area in the fold along the front that is slightly discolored from storage. Should continue to fade with additional washings. Was treated once and faded quite a bit. See last photo.
