This beautiful shirtdress is from the 70's by Miss Serbin. There is no fabric content label but it feels like a silk or rayon blend. Very soft and silky. Fully lined. The beautiful print looks like a hand painted design. Serbin signature on the back below the flowers. High end quality. Excellent condition. Truly unique design.
