1960's white floral hat. Set on a moss green velvet covered wire frame with a huge back velvet bow. Flowers are a white silk with a few green leaves.

The only issue is the streamers on the velvet bow have creases from being folded in for a long time. Otherwise excellent condition, showing little to no wear or age.

Measuring on the inside is 21 1/2 inches however, it can extend further out due to the wired edges. Measuring on the outside, side to side is 16 inches.
